Payment
You can order products directly online from our website 24 hours / 7 days a week. We accept payments via Visa and MasterCard. When placing your order, please make sure you provide your correct billing address for your credit card. If we do not have your credit card billing address, your order will be delayed. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.
Shipping
We will make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours. However, it may take up to 2 business days to process your order. All ground shipments will take 7 business days to receive. For faster delivery, we’ll be happy to expedite your shipping for additional charges.
If you placed an order on a Waitlisted item, we will ship the item as soon as it becomes in-stock.
Our warehouse staff needs some time off too. As such, we do not ship out any goods on weekends or holidays!
Expedited Shipping: Two-Day & Overnight
• Please note that Expedited orders must be received by 11am PT to be shipped out the same day.
• Expedited orders received after 11am PT will not be shipped until the next business day.
• Expedited orders placed after 11am PT on Thursday through 11am PT on Friday will ship on Friday.
• Expedited orders placed after 11am PT on Friday through 11am PT Monday will ship on Monday.
• Waitlisted items are not eligible for Expedited Shipping.
